Elipzo Solutions provides digital services including but not limited to:

SEO setup and optimization

Social media account setup and integration

Email and SMS marketing automation

Ad campaign setup and management

Branding and consulting

All services are subject to these Terms and may require a separate written agreement or service proposal.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide all necessary content, feedback, and access in a timely manner.

Review and approve work within agreed-upon timeframes.

Communicate changes or concerns clearly and respectfully.

Not use our services for unlawful or harmful purposes.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in project delays or additional fees.

4. Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit may be required to initiate services.

Full payment is due upon completion of the project or according to the agreed payment schedule.

Monthly service plans (e.g., hosting, maintenance, automation) are billed automatically.

Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.

All pricing and fees are discussed prior to service delivery and outlined in individual service agreements or invoices.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable.

Monthly service plans can be canceled at any time with 7 days’ notice prior to the next billing cycle.

Refunds are not issued for completed work or digital deliverables once delivered or accessed.

If Elipzo Solutions must cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a partial refund based on work completed.

6. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All custom assets created by Elipzo Solutions remain the property of Elipzo Solutions until the final payment is received.

Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership and rights to the final deliverables unless otherwise specified.

The ownership of final deliverables will revert back to Elipzo Solutions upon violations of Terms of Service.

We may use non-confidential work for promotional or portfolio purposes.

Templates, systems, or automations provided through our software solutions may include licensed third-party components and cannot be resold or redistributed without permission.

7. A2P Messaging Compliance

If you opt-in to receive SMS messages, you agree to:

Receive automated appointment reminders, updates, and promotions.

Opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Standard carrier messaging/data rates may apply.

We comply with all relevant SMS compliance guidelines and never sell or share your information.

8. Limitation of Liability

Elipzo Solutions is not liable for:

Any loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities resulting from service delays or website downtime.

Third-party platform failures (e.g., hosting platforms, ad networks, automation tools).

Misuse or unauthorized changes made by the client after project completion.

Our maximum liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service involved.

9. Privacy & Data Security

We respect your privacy and are committed to safeguarding your data. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information. We do not sell or share personal data for marketing purposes without explicit consent.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
